Trip in Chonburi province for Giant Snakehead

A nice week-end trip, only one hour half from Bangkok, this spot is for invaded by Giant snakehead.

As motors aren't allowed on the lake, we will fish from pirogues skipped by locals.

While fishing with light tackle 10 snakehead per angler a day is not unusual.

Count at least five hours of car drive from Bangkok to our destination

We are usually fishing from bass boats with a casting platform

The food is varied and really good

A tiny Giant Snakehead, confidence and humor are required!

Trip in Nakorn Ratchasima for Spotted jungle perch

Count around 3 hours of car from bangkok to our destination.

This spot make good week end trip and it's not rare to catch a dozen fish a day..

We'll sight cast while wading around the lake, it's to hot to wear waders but we have loooong boots for you.

Accomodation is located at the town nearby and there are various restaurants offering a large choice of food (Chinese, Lao, Thai)

Trip in Kaeng Krachan for Jungle perch and Snakehead

Around two hours drive south west of bangkok, the last 30 kilometers need a 4 wheel drive vehicle, hopefully we have one .

You understand that this spot is remote, consequently full of fish.

We'll fish here from the shore and from local's long tail boats.

This destination make a good week end trip
